If a person does Yoga for 30 minutes a day, he or she need not be worried about any diseases. It is a proven fact that Yoga heals, but it has to be done under supervision. The postures mentioned here are really great for diabetes and they are so easy as well.

It is best to practice yoga before any meal and eating any foof. Of course, this may not always be possible - you might be heading to class straight from your work place, after a business meeting, or even after already having dinner.
