State Bank of India arranged training programme on 19th July, 2013, in the State Bank Learning centre, at Nungambakkam , Chennai. The programme was exclusively for the Bank retiring officials and Staff Members. Dr. P. Sivagnanam delivered lecture and gave practical training to the retiring officials and staff members about Health Tips and Acupressure Tips to maintain good health even after retirement without allopathic medicine even for normal diseases. More than 50 officials and Staff members participated. Dr's practical training about acupressure tips was well appreciated by the participants. Use tips of your fingers and thumbs to press and rub your scalp from the mid-line to the sides, and from the front to the back of your head. Relieves and prevents headache, and is highly relaxing, especially when done by someone else. Use your index and middle fingers to rub across your forehead, from the middle to your temples.
