Benefits of Paschimottanasana:
  • While practicing this Paschimottanasana the intestines, gall bladder are smoothly pressed and stimulates well.
  • The soul energy of the body will be strengthening by spinal cord, spinal nerves are pulled during the time of asana.
  • It prevents diabetes. It increases the fertility factor of male removes the infertility.
  • Stomach pain, headache, piles, hip pain, back pain and body weakness are cured by doing this asana.
  • The menstrual problem will be cured for the ladies. Hip bones will become strengthen.
  • For women can do this asana before marriage can give birth from normal delivery by strengthening their bones and inner reproductive organs.
  • This asana helps to increase the concentration capacity.
Warning:
The people should avoid this asana who had the operation in their stomach recently. They must get the proper advice from the yoga trainers after a particular time period. The pregnant ladies who is having experience by doing yoga can proceed this asana up to the sitting pose with the stretched hands beside their ears. They should not bend their body for touching the feet. The beginners who are in pregnant should not do this asana.

•    The spine should be rolled up so that it may seem to resemble a semi circular arch or wheel.
•    Straighten out your arms and legs as much as possible so that the hips and chest maybe pushed up.
•    Hold this pose for at least 15-30 seconds.
•    To go back to original, bend your elbows to lower your head and shoulders to the floor.
•    Then bend your knees and bring your spine and hips back to the ground and relax.

 Benefits of Chakrasana:-
•    Strengthens liver, pancreas and kidneys.
•    Excellent for heart.
•    Good for infertility, asthma and osteoporosis.
•    Strengthens arms, shoulders, hands, wrists and legs.
•    Stretches the chest and lungs
•    Strengthens the arms and wrists, legs, buttocks, abdomen, and spine
•    Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands.
•    Increases energy and counteracts depression.
 Cautions:-
•    Do not try this Asana in case of back injury.
•    If you are suffering from heart problems, then don’t try this.
•    Headache, Diarrhea and carpal tunnel syndrome.
•    High or low blood pressure.
•    Do not perform this if suffering from any cardiac or spinal problems.
•    Avoid if suffering from hernia.

Mudras for Diabetes -
Perform all the above mudras 45 min. every day for better result. At least minimum 15 min. is required. It can be performed at any time.

Gyan / ChinMudra : Tip of the thumb finger and tip of the index finger touch each other and other three fingers stretched out.

Apana mudra:The tips of middle finger and ring finger should touch the tip of the thumb and other fingers are stretched out.

Linga mudra: This mudra resembles Sivalinga. Interlock the fingers of both the hands and keep the thumb of the left hand vertically straight and encircle it with the thumb and index finger of the right hand.

Balasana

Steps for Balasana
1.    To start the asana first sit on knees with buttocks touching on your heels.
2.    Place your hand on thighs and palms down. Maintain the position of thighs as shown in the above image.
3.    While exhaling slowly bring your chest between your knees and swinging hands forward as shown in the above image.
4.    Breathe gently and hold the posture for 2 to 3 minutes.
5.    After this inhale slowly and  return to starting position.
6.    Repeat this asana for 5 to 10 times.

Benefits Of Balasana

1.    It helps release tension in the chest, back, and shoulders.
2.    This asana is highly recommended, especially if you have a bout of dizziness or fatigue during the day or during your workout.
3.    This asana helps to reduce stress and anxiety control diabetes due to stress.
4.    It helps to massage and flex the internal organs in the body, keeping them active and supple.
5.    This asana helps to stretch and lengthen the spine.
6.    If this asana is done with support on the head and the torso, it relieves pain in the lower back and neck.
7.    It helps to stretch the ankles, hips, and thighs.
8.    It promotes blood circulation all throughout the body.
9.    The tendons, muscles, and ligaments in the knee area are thoroughly stretched.
10.    It encourages the right way of breathing and calms both the body and the mind.

Many of the illness we face because of no walking , no exercise, no water, no proper diet in proper time. Not Drinking sufficient water, no proper sleeping habits in time, and unnecessary stress.

IF WE FINE TUNE OUR DAILY ROUTINE WE WILL ENJOY GOOD HEALTH.
