This point one of the best pressing point for neck pain, shoulder and upper back - pain, weakness, stiffness.  Hypertension, 
Location:  This point lies in the depression which is at the base of your skull. Press slightly upwards and inwards until you feel a tender point. Then massage by moving your fingers in a circular motion.
