Use tips of your fingers and thumbs to press and rub your scalp from the mid-line to the sides, and from the front to the back of your head. Relieves and prevents headache, and is highly relaxing, especially when done by someone else.
Use your index and middle fingers to rub across your forehead, from the middle to your temples. Massage and rub this area for frontal headache, sinus pain, insomnia, sore eyes, stress, and to help prevent these problems. Also refer "How to do face acupressure?" Acupressure face massage / exercise : point 5 Location Located under your nose, on the midline. Procedure Use your knuckle or the tip of your middle or index finger. Acupressure Face massage/ Exercise: Point 4 Location Located next to each nostril. Procedure Press for nasal congestion, sinusitis, rhinitis. To ease mental fatigue apply pressure to these two acupressure points. Firmly press the groove spot between your Nose and Mouth for approximately thirty seconds with your index finger. Follow with gentle pressure on the indentations slightly above the outer edge of both eyebrows. Take a deep breath and exhale out that feeling of mind weariness.
